 TV License Details
  Please note that SABC TV license legislation states that only the contract holder or the legal spouse thereof may present a valid TV license for television goods issued by Hisense. There are no exceptions to this rule unless authorisation is given in writing from the SABC.   If you are unable to receive the delivery yourself and would like someone else to sign and receive your goods for you, then you would need to complete the following third party details. If you are able to receive the delivery yourself please leave this section blank.

  A signed letter giving permission to the third party to receive and sign for the delivery on your behalf will be required by the courier company. The courier will contact you prior to delivery to request these documents and to arrange a delivery date with you.
 Voucher Details
  Please provide the voucher number/s found on the Hisense product voucher/s issued with your MTN package. If your package came with more than one Hisense product voucher, please enter all the voucher numbers for all vouchers you have received. This includes multiple contracts.

  Due to the fact that delivery is done by a third party, Hisense is unfortunately unable to advise an exact date or time of delivery, but we assure you that you will be contacted by the courier company to confirm your details and make the necessary arrangements prior to the delivery.

Once submitted, your details will be sent to MTN for confirmation and your TV license will be validated using the SABC’s online validation portal system. These processes are usually completed within 24hrs but can take up to three working days.

Upon successful completion of the above processes, your application will be invoiced and handed over for delivery. Delivery will take three to seven working days from the date of the Hisense invoice.

CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1
Customers will redeem vouchers against the selected model on contract based on MTN contract approval. Claims will be from First Technology MTN redeem centre who will arrange delivery direct to customers nationally.
1.2
Deliveries take 3 to 7 working days from date of Hisense Invoice.
1.3
MTN customers are required to acknowledge receipt of their goods by writing in their full names, date received and signing the delivery note.
1.4
The delivery agents are required to validate the customer details and obtain a copy of their valid ID document or Drivers licence on delivery.
1.5
The redeem and vendor (manufacturer) repair centres will offer telephonic support to customers with technical /set up issues and queries.
1.6
Any physical damage will not be covered by the vendor warranty.
1.7
Warranty terms and conditions on the Hisense products are held by the vendor (manufacturer) and not MTN.
