Customers will redeem vouchers against the selected model on contract based on MTN contract approval. Claims will be from First Technology MTN redeem centre who will arrange delivery direct to customers nationally.
Deliveries take 3 to 7 working days from date of Hisense Invoice.
MTN customers are required to acknowledge receipt of their goods by writing in their full names, date received and signing the delivery note.
The delivery agents are required to validate the customer details and obtain a copy of their valid ID document or Drivers licence on delivery.
The redeem and vendor (manufacturer) repair centres will offer telephonic support to customers with technical /set up issues and queries.
Any physical damage will not be covered by the vendor warranty.
Warranty terms and conditions on the Hisense products are held by the vendor (manufacturer) and not MTN.
